Jamie Spears’ attorney Blair Berk testifies that her client received text messages from someone impersonating a woman. Moments later Jamie got a call from Sam. I believe that was in December 2008.

Sam Barth’s testimony stands. His mother reported similar instances of being hacked, impersonated and harassed. Her declaration is public record.

And do you remember the positive thread about Sam allegedly started by Famous at BH? The thread that Sam posted to? The strangest thing Sam said was about anyone could imitate anybody on a cell phone with text.

When Courtney posted to this site she was once again having trouble with email I guess. Being hacked and her computer springing up with viruses is the story of her life and remember one of her old twitter accounts? Embarrassing pictures of her popping up or her claims that she didn’t write certain tweets? I don’t know who was responsible but these patterns keep appearing.

I think Famous isn’t sincere when he says he has never heard of this blog. He’s a huge fan of Britney and this blog has been discussed in sites he visits. But let’s believe he didn’t write the comment on here. He has no reason to lie.

Carmela, do you know if the person commenting as Courtney Love-Cobain was actually her? If you compare “Courtney love-Cobain” with “FamousRichard” i’s not the same writing style. “Courtney”‘s style is compulsive writing (like a stream of consciousness without cohesion and typos). “FamousRichard”‘s is not compulsive writing. And why would Courtney post as Famous when she has allegedly posted under her name in the past? It’s known she supports Sam, why impersonate Famous while saying what is already known?

This is an article about Sam and the comment was to defend Sam. What if the “mysterious poster” wanted Famous to believe Courtney was impersonating him and/or Courtney to believe Famous is sharing details of her personal life? Causing trouble for no apparent reason AND impersonating. Sounds familiar.

What I know: I see IP addresses (You can disguise those?) and also an email addy. I wrote the sender a courtesy reply. Not everyone marks the check for follow up comments.

I don’t know who it was I wrote, but they wanted to know how I got their email when I wrote. So. I wired Famous on Twitter and got a rude reply that he never visits this site and to leave him alone.

Who would care enough to post here in the manner they did about judgment, Courtney Love and Sam Lutfi? Was Famous impersonated? To what purpose?

Samuel Barth – 2010. The court’s order includes prohibiting Sam from impersonating Barth. “You must not log into or otherwise access online accounts registered (to Barth). This includes but is not limited to, email, Twitter and Facebook accounts. You must not use the Internet to impersonate (Barth).” Sam was also bothering and harassing the family, say court docs.

I have talked to Sam in the past. I have talked to Courtney in the past. She still emails me now and then or I get email from that account. Last time I just told her to feel free to call me. I wonder that she ever got my reply or if her account was again hacked.

What’s going on with Linked In? What information are you supposed to be looking for there? Why did I get an invitation?

I saw a ‘fan’ write to @sam asking to please be unblocked recently. She said Courtney and her used to talk all the time…. please Sam unblock me. What’s with that?

You wrote meanwhile, “You say Francis has a restraining order because of Sam.” False but I wonder that he was part of the straw that broke the camel’s back. If you read Maer’s book the TRO loomed for a long time. Heck. Sam isn’t mentioned once in the TRO or rather, since I’ve never seen it, mention of him was omitted from current news.
