I’m not a member of Courtney Love’s Twit Army.

NBC News came up with the idea of a Twit Army in June after seeing a flurry of activity between Fair News Spears (that’s me), Love and various Love fans on Twitter.

Because of recent court filings in the ongoing litigation involving Love, her daughter Frances Bean Cobain, and a trustee over Cobain’s trust fund, I feel I need to make that clear.

“Ms. Love has engaged in a new and troubling campaign to publicize her daughter’s private matters and to malign LNTTC (Laird Norton Tyee Trust Company) in public.  Ms. Love has disclosed in a public manner documents regarding her daughter’s Trust.  These actions provide further demonstration of why Ms. Love should be removed as Advisory Trustee of her daughter’s trust and replaced with a more responsible individual,” said Mathew Harrington, June 22 in a declaration filed in King County Superior Court, Seattle.

Cobain trust fund loses $8 million, trustees battle, conceal evidence

Due to rising site traffic courtesy of Courtney Love’s Twitter posts over the weekend I am posting this article anew.  It won’t answer all of your questions but you will be informed as to the upcoming trial and know that a trustee involved in France Bean Cobain’s trust fund has been withholding information from Courtney since early 2009: this activity violates a legal agreement.

Love lost legal custody of her 17-year-old daughter on Dec. 11 for undisclosed reasons.  Since then, Frances has been under the co-guardianship of Kurt’s mother, Wendy O’Connor, and his sister, Kimberly Dawn Cobain.  In January, in a separate matter from the guardianship, the trustee over Frances’ trust fund, filed to remove Love from her daughter’s trust fund and replace her with O’Connor .

A new judge has been assigned to the guardianship matter of Frances Bean Cobain and a related temporary restraining order against her mother, Courtney Love.

The case was transferred to Judge Mitchell Beckloff on Jan. 22 in Los Angeles County.

Commissioner Reva Goetz was disqualified by a California Code of Civil Procedure Section 170.6 challenge, said Liz Martinez, a public affairs office representative.

Section 170.6 provides that no judge, commissioner or referee shall try any civil or criminal matter when it is established that there is prejudice against any party, attorney or the interest of any party or attorney appearing in the action or proceeding, says the state’s Web site.

The challenge may have been based in connection to Britney and Jamie Spears.
