November court documents show there was a lot to question Lutfi about including any and all communications with Jordan Miller and his fan site, breatheheavy.com. Licensing company loses appeal to depose Britney
Sorry to be short: Brand Sense Partners lost their appeal today to overturn an earlier ruling by the Hon. Reva Goetz that disallowed Brand from deposing Britney Spears. Brand Sense filed their appeal Sept. 14. They claim in legal documents that the conservatorship is a sham: Brand Sense’s lawyers challenge Spears’ lack of capacity to testify. Because of sealed documents, Brand Sense doesn’t know the reasoning of arguments made by the defense to prevent them from deposing Spears in the lower court of Los Angeles Superior Court.
