Attorneys for Britney Spears’s conservators and family told a judge last month that they needed more time to depose Sam Lutfi. They got it.
November court documents show there was a lot to question Lutfi about including any and all communications with Jordan Miller and his fan site, breatheheavy.com. Lutfi is an alleged pill grinder and ‘manager’ of Britney during 2007 and early 2008 when she was twice held in a psych ward that resulted in a conservatorship over her person and estate.
Sam completed six days of deposition by Team Spears in past weeks.

Today Miller provided Spears’ fans a character assassination upon Spears’ mother, Lynne Spears, without foundry or fair reporting. Says me.

Unlike you I’m thorough. You get some free docs from um, I don’t know, Sam? Bother to seek related documents? Disturbed or bothered Britney’s team wanted to talk to Sam about you and any and ALL communications between you, yourself and Sam and others? This includes computers, text messages, any electronic forms Sam has dating back to Jan. 1, 2006.
It looks like Jordan is finally reaping what he’s sown. It’s been a long time coming. I’d be surprised if Jordan has any credibility or respectability left by the time Sam has run out of legal avenues to pursue and this saga finally comes to an end.

Carmella, Do you know when Jordan is scheduled to be deposed?
Jordan is not scheduled to be deposed. Spears’ lawyers wanted to talk to Sam about him and others. However, if the thing goes to trial? Any and all of the people and more on the list could be called as witnesses. It’s Britney Spears. Her team has the money and interest.
I’m not expecting much news from today’s settlement conference but who knows.
Carmella Kelly and Stuart Richards. Enough said. Let them talk. I’ve nothing to hide and done nothing wrong but promote Britney in a positive light for seven years. I guess I’m doing something right when I get people checking up on me like this!
Jordan, if you’ve really got nothing to hide then why did you deny having contact with Sam Lutfi? There’s plenty of evidence that that isn’t true.

I invite your side of the story as to how/why you didn’t include Lynne’s side of the story or do minimal harm as a journalist. Why do you think Team Spears wanted to talk to Sam about you, your site, and any and all communication or storage devices between you?
You provide entertainment. It is great for fans. However, neither Team Spears, nor some of us civilians based on comments made in Exhale, forget your relationship with Sam. I’m just the first media site to flush out it out in a news story backed by fact.
